Hannah and Vincent got married in August a while back. Hannah, a friend of mine, asked me if I would like to shoot her wedding, to take place at her and Vincent’s current place of study, the ‘European School of Osteopathy’ in Maidstone.
Despite the temperamental English summer, they were blessed with sporadic sunshine at all the right moments throughout the day….we started the day off by shooting while Hannah was getting ready for the civil ceremony in her hotel room.
The civil ceremony took place in Maidstone.
Once the civil ceremony was conducted, it was off to where the Baha’i wedding ceremony was to take place, the ‘European School of Osteopathy.’
What was unique was lots of Vincent’s family & friends, who came from continental Europe, mainly France, had prepared a choral style surprise entrance for Hannah, who was walked in with her father.
After a few shots with friends and family in the gardens, Hannah & Vincent and Rosemary and I sneaked away to take some private shots of the newly married couple.
The reception marquee was set up and prepared, again as a surprise by friends and family….
